Today i was briefing about how to count a ticket and how to deal with customer. I am also should take note about latest date for trip in each country. For example Balkan,China,Japan and others.

My supervisor is Puan Liyana Ali. She is nice person and taught me everything. Include about duty and dicpline, That all from me for first day.

After that, I am also help manager of Kembara Sufi travel and tours Mr. Hanawi to manage bank statement.
