1. Islam ; Islam is to testify there is no worthy of worship but Allah and Muhammad is the Messengers of Allah , to perform prayers , almsgiving (zakat), fasting and to make the pilgrimage to the Kaaba (Hajj) .

2. Iman ; The pillars of faith, which include belief in Allah, angels, holy books, prophets, the Day of Judgment, and divine decree (Qadr) .

3. Ihsan ; the Muslim responsibility to obtain perfection, or excellence, in worship, such that Muslims try to worship God as if they see Him, and although they cannot see Him, they undoubtedly believe that He is constantly watching over them .

1. Belief in Allah ; acknowledge the oneness of Allah (Tawhid). Belief in Allah is the foundation for which a Muslim’s faith is built upon.

2. Belief in the Malaikah ; Angels are created form light. Beings that don not possess free will, and their purpose is to obey Allah's command.

3. Belief in Kutub ; The Quran is the holy book of Islam, believed by Muslims to be the literal word of God (Allah) as revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.

4. Belief in the Messengers ; individuals chosen by Allah to convey His messages and guidance to humanity (worship Allah alone)

5. Belief in the Hereafter ; It encompasses the belief in life after death, resurrection, and the final judgment.

6. Belief in the Qada' & Qadar ; Belief in Qada’ and Qadar offers comfort that everything happens for a reason within Allah's plan.

1. Give good to other people/parties.

2. Giving good to other people/parties at a certain level as best as possible.

3. Doing those things because of Allah SWT.

• Shahada (Faith) ; The declaration of faith in one God (Allah) and His messenger.

• Salah (Prayer) ; The ritual prayer required of every Muslim five times a day throughout their lifetime.

• Zakat (Almsgiving) ; The act of giving a portion of a Muslim’s wealth to those in need throughout their lifetime.

• Sawm (Fasting) ; The act of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.

• Hajj (Pilgrimage)

  The sacred pilgrimage to Mecca required of every Muslim at least once in their lifetime if it is within their means.

Public Worship : all actions depend on intention

Public worship in Islam refers to the collective acts of devotion, prayer, and rituals performed by Muslims as a community, rather than individually.

• Taharah (Wudu'/Tayammum)

>Wudu' ; the ritual washing performed by Muslims before engaging in certain acts of worship, primarily Salat (prayer).

>Tayammum ; A form of dry purification in Islam, performed when water is unavailable or when using water may be harmful to one's health. It is an alternative to Wudu'.

• Condition of Sah of Salah ;

1. Being Muslim

2. Being of sound mind

3. Discernment

4. Being free of ritual impurity

5. Removal of tangible impurity

6. Covering the 'awrah

7. The time for that prayer should have begun

8. Facing the qiblah

9. Forming the right intention.

• Pillars of Salah ;

(starting with a standing position if a person is physically capable and conclude the prayer with the words of peace " Tasleem " and need to be done in orderly

• Importance of Khushu'

  1. Spiritual Connection with Allah

     Khushu' helps you establish a deep, personal connection with Allah. It turns your prayer into an act of devotion and submission, rather than just a physical ritual.

  2. Meaningful Prayer

     Salah without Khushu' may become mechanical, where you perform the motions without truly understanding or reflecting on the words you recite.

  3. Humility Before Allah

     Khushu' fosters humility by reminding you of Allah's greatness. It helps you realize that you are standing before the Creator of the universe, which inspires a sense of awe and respect.

1. Taat ; Submitted to Allah as his slave

   Surah An-Nisa (verse 59)

2. Jihad ; Successfully overcoming laziness to pray.

3. Muhasabah (reflection) ; Praying for Allah 's Forgiveness

4. Tawadu' (humble) ; Acknowledgement as His slave & being gratitude toward Him.

   Surah Al-Isra (verse 37)

   Surah Al-Furqan (verse 63)

5. Iffah (purity & modesty) ; Clothing must cover awrah and should be clean and free from any impurities (najis).

• Virtues in Fasting :

  - Sabr ; fasting makes us patient in every situation and prevents us from committing sins.

  (Riwayat Abu Hurairah RA al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib, 2/57)

  - Takrim ; obedience in carrying out the commandments of Allah. fasting can discipline oneself (restrain from hunger and thirst).

  Hadith : (Riwayat Al-Bukhari, Kitab Al-Iman, Bab Shawmu Ramadhan Ihtisaban Mina Al-Iman, no 38)

  - Rahmat ; hoping for mercy from Allah.

  Hadith : (Muttafaqun 'Alayhi, Riwayat Al-Bukhari, KIitab Ash- Shaum, no. 1904, Muslim, Kitab Ash-Shiyam, Bab Fadhlu Ash-Shiyam, no.1151 )

I hope I can be a better Muslim in the future with deeper and better understanding in Islam. This will guide me to be a High ranking Muslim to enter the heaven. Other than that, I wish I could be a good daughter for my parent. I will try my best to fulfill their expectations of me so that my future is brighter. In the eye of society, I want to be a kind person that will help people in any situation.

• Reflection

I have learned many new things during Usrah sessions and thanks to my usrah's naqibah,sr Umairah that help a lot to present about usrah's topic every week. I am really thankful that my usrah's member are very nice and supportive throughout usrah every week. Lastly, I wish the best for our usrah's member. In future, I hope there will be having variety of activity during usrah so that everyone will be exited when attending usrah.
