Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad is a leader that I admire. Now, he is Prime Minister of Malaysia. The best fact is he became Prime Minister of Malaysia for second time. I wonder how can he became a Prime Minister for second time. If I am not mistake this things are rarely happen. This is shows how good he's became a leader. Let me share a bit about his personalities, attitude and leadership style that make him became a good leader. First, he is a good listener. He hears a voice from his people and try to help them for a better life. Next he's also have a clear vision. He is so courageous to lead that vision. Last, he never give up to achieve his vision and mission. He never stop to make Malaysia from developing country to a developed nation. He also tried all his best to fulfill his manifesto that he had promised to his people. Actually, there are many about him that make him a great leader. But, that's all my sharing today.
