America should let you in if that is the case. First they should see if you could cause danger and if you are in a good financial position. If you are and you are not a threat then they should let you in.  If a person wants to be let in as a refuge then America should do a further investigation of that person.  America should let them in after looking at there health, financial position, and some other things. They also should need to promise loyalty to America.

If something is going wrong in their country, they should be able to immigrate to a new one. But they can go through a series of tests. If the people don't show any sign of threat, they should be able to enter in.   They must be able to prove that they're healthy and safe by going through a series of tests . If they cannot do that, then the U.S. can send them back. They shouldn't be able to immediately get turned down for the sake of it. There must at least be a process to check and test them before they do that.
