Because I had not done the terminology properly and studied enough before the day of our test.

To Improve my actions and misstakes in this test I will read the comments and focus more on what I did wrong so that I can't get it right next time. I will also spend more time on the action plan because I believe it helps your grade. It is why you are organized with the studying and all notes thats been gathered. Next time, I will do make some changes to not repeat these mistakes like, study and prepare well and learn all vital points, and use note taking techniques to improve my grade and get a better understanding of the topic. I will read through the questions thoroughly and not misunderstand are miss any details in them. I will also set times to study so I am well prepared for the test.

MY MISTAKE: was that I did not understand some of the questions and mixed it up with something different. Meaning when  I did the question I got it wrong.

NEXT TIME: I will make sure that I go through the study sheets and look over anything or any words that I do not understand.   • My Mistake - I forgot to revise the most important parts & I needed to do this because I also wast here for two weeks. So it mattered & affected my grade
  • How I'll improve - Next time I will revise & study more on the topic so that both my brain have knowledge & do more work & catch up if I have missed any classes / work 'n slow down think & take notes.
