         <description><![CDATA[<div>Providing a blended learning environment for students to work in stations allows them to both express their learning needs and successes more directly with the teacher.&nbsp; I have found that students hesitant to speak up in the whole group environment will ask more questions in a group of 3 or 4 students.&nbsp; Also, students become more willing to demonstrate their knowledge in small groups which builds their confidence.<br><br>The only issue with this model now is the required seating assignments and contract tracing issues.  I find that I have to deliver the station work to the students and move myself around the room instead of them rotating.  It works, but they do not get the transitional breaks needed in a 90 minute block as easily.</div>]]></description>
