  • Corporate Senior Officer and Officer - Essential to develop new partnerships and increase the quality of stewardship of exisiting partners
  • HIP Manager and Officer - Essential to build up the prospect pipeline for the new HIP programme as quickly as possible in order to generate a quicker return. 
  • DevOps Manager - Essential to manage the increasing workload with new revenue streams (HIP, Employee Engagement, Legacy programme, increased digital giving)
  • Foundations Officer - Essential to develop new partnerships and increase the quality of stewardship of exisiting partners
  • Professional fees for data analysis - Essential analysis to understand our data and audiences in order to make quicker and better informed decisions to increase revenue
  • Professional fees for acquisition  - Care2 costs increased for further lead generation
  •  QTS lead generation and acquisition (fundamentally this replaces prior media advertising acquisition costs) with new welcome pack to new recruits.
  • Travel costs  - Increase travel costs are related to the increase in personnel on the team
  • Pilots (e.g. Interactive fundraising installation)  - This allocation is to allow a level of innovation and nimbleness to our fundraising and enable to test ideas in advance of the re-brand to support its success

    • In coordination, we need build up our Media/Comms team with additonal Comms capacity - Comms Manager - to coordinate and develop content across departments.

    • Consultancy for climate campaign development (building on work underway in the US)
    • consultancy for marketing following our MarComms workshop in September
