The area offers beautiful nature areas allowing you to see nature that you could not at home.</strong>&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Physical Motivators</strong>- this is a main travel motivator for Costa Rica. You can enjoy hiking through the jungle, swimming in hot springs, or just enjoying seeing exotic wildlife. Many people enjoy getting away from their everyday life and experiencing new things that they have not done before.<br><br><strong>Type of destination</strong>- Costa Rica is considered a Environmental Travel destination. Its exotic natural environments offer a great environment for hiking and being outdoors. Costa Rica could also be considered as a cultural destination for its rich culture. The culture of Costa Rica was heavily by the Spanish, however the Caribbean also had a strong influence as well.<br><br><strong>Barriers of Travel</strong>- Age is a travel barrier for this trip because if you are to young or to old you may have trouble with the physical work needed for some of the activities such as hiking. Physical and Health constraints also are barriers for this trip because if you are not in good shape or health you will have trouble with the physical work. Language is another barrier as most people in Costa Rica speak spanish however some areas speak a little english.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Food is based on black beans, rice, and tortillas. Costa Rican traditional clothing is worn during holidays or special events. However, during a normal boys will wear jeans and girls wear school uniform because it is thought of as proper female clothing.</div>]]></description>
