First things first, to understand a concept, we need first to come closer to the basic info. The system thinking is a way of studying ta theme, but we try to understand all the parts at the same time. We have several tools that allow us to comprehense the theme in question. The origin of this methodology is recent, it was introduced by the biologist Ludwig von Bertalanffy; Then more researches followed him and developed this way of studying.

Ok systems but....What is a system? A system is an organized related objects that form a whole, they can be people (like a company), structures of metal (creating the Eiffel Tower)...The elements of the system influenced each other forming something that individually would be different, without a part, the system interrupts and does not work.

There are a lot of variables to take into account when problem solving comes up, so, to find better solutions, you know now what to do.

Your body, your body is the perfect example of system and the perfect way of introducing the importance of seeing everything as a whole.Your body only makes sense as a thing composed by smaller ones that work together. All of your parts are important to your overall health.

Treating the employees of a company as part of an integrated whole; for example, in a hospital, a physician is not more important than a janitor, if your goal is to have a well-functioning hospital.

Yes, anti-systemic thinking does exist, it is a way of thinking that focuses on the welfare of the individual components of the system, not the benefits to the entire system. For example:

Taking medicine for your heart that hurts your liver.

Treating your son better than you treat your daughter due to outmoded stereotypes.

Giving in to the wants of physicians in a hospital, while ignoring the rest of the employees in the hospital.
