More time in general, particularly for tough conversations. The agenda needs to be bit more flexible to allow everyone to say what they want wihtout feeling rushed.

I don't think we really came to a satisfactory meeting of the minds on DEIA. I don't see a lot of behavior change coming from that discussion.

The specific DEIA issues facing our team are still unclear -- we need more time/space to fully understand the challenges before brainstorming solutions. A lot of the issues discussed felt to me like more general HR issues affecting all team members vs. DEIA issues specifically.
