         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've started using a reflection journal for myself, and I have also asked my students to complete their own journals. Our prompts are regarding the wonderful things we have done, but also reflecting on how to work on our errors. I ask them to give me suggestions to improve as well. It has created a wonderful atmosphere in the classroom.</div>]]></description>
