The quadratic formula is <br>x = −b ± √(b<sup>2</sup> − 4ac) ÷ 2a. You will first need to plug the numbers into the formula. The first number in the quadratic equation will plug into letter a, the second number will plug into letter b, the third number will plug into letter c.
