I need match my leadership style to the employee based on their readiness.With the different situation, I need to be supported, entrust, conclusion and direction(Daft & Lane,2015). I need to learn to define the level of willingness of employees and the level of ability that they have, then I can use the support, entrust, conclusion and leadership to manage the team, I think situation leadership is two-way communication. As a situational leadership, I need to focus on flexibility and simplicity in execution.Every employee would like to reward，I think I will also increase or clarify the rewards to increase the enthusiasm of the hotel employee(Daft & Lane,2015).I believe a good team needs enthusiasm.

Hiring the right followers can improve your work culture and reimburse you a thousand times over in high employee morale, positive forward planning and achieving tough goals(Avril, 2017). I think to hire a person with the same view can strengthen teamwork and been a more effective implementation of the task. It also relates to followership, if the employee is burnout or contempt to your decision than the manager needs to pay more attention to work on the relationship and work-unit levels. on the other side, the right follower will be more firmly implement your decision (Avril, 2017). At the same time, I think I want to trust my employees, As theI video mentioned, I truly believe everyone has a good field, we need to better use that idea, give the follower control.

I think with the feedback can help me make the right decisions in different circumstances.
In addition, I want to become a mentor for those who have passion and passion like me as someone who can be considered a leading professional in the future hospitality industry.

I started collecting coins into a bottle. Every time I learned a new skill or a new knowledge, I will save 1 coin. As the year has gone by I have slowly collected, My leadership skill and my knowledge improved a lot.
