         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to halakha (Jewish religious law) Shabbat is observed from a few minutes before sunset on Friday evening until the appearance of three stars in the sky on Saturday night. Shabbat is ushered in by lighting candles and reciting a blessing. Shabbat is closed the following evening with a havdalah blessing.<br><br><strong><em>How they celebrate it!</em></strong><br>The idea of a day of rest comes from the Bible story of the Creation: 'God rested from creating the universe on the seventh day of that first week', so Jews rest from work on the Sabbath. Jews often call the day Shabbat, which is Hebrew for Sabbath, and which comes from the Hebrew word for rest</div>]]></description>
