         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lobster: Source of protein, rich in magnesium, zinc, etc.<br><br>Tomatoes: Source of vitamin C and K and potassium. Have a high water content- water is a good solvent for chemical reactions.<br><br>Crust (bread): Starch provides energy and aids in fat digestion.<br><br>Cheese: Source of calcium and proteins. Calcium strengthens bones. Also high in Vitamin B12 which helps with processes such as  red blood cell production.<br><br>Spinach: Source of iron, magnesium and vitamin A. Helps reduce blood sugar levels.<br><br>Overall many nutrients are available in this dish but it could improve with a larger portion of vegetables for a source of vitamins (A, B, K etc) , minerals (calcium, iron, potassium) and fibre for the digestive system. I would rate this a 7/10.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bread: starch, polysaccharide, needed for energy and to digest fats. <br><br>Berries: Monosaccharide, also for energy, fibre,Vitamin C, and minerals, K, P, Mg.<br><br>Frittata: Protein for enzymes, hair, haemoglobin, hormones etc, and Amino acids for building and repairing cells. <br><br>Cheese, Milk: Dairy, protein, lactose, needed for Calcium, Vitamin B, energy and fats. <br><br>Spinach: source of iron, Mg, and K and is a monosaccharide. <br> <br>Orange Juice: Processed sugar, Vitamin C for immune system. <br><br>This was a nutritious breakfast with lots and lots of sugars, whether simple or complex, and that too is not best. It can result in High levels of sugar in the body but majority is not processed, and this is breakfast, I have the rest of the day to burn the sugars, which provide energy.<br>  <br>I rate this this 8/10, Wbu? <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Red peppers can increase metabolic rate.</div><div><br></div><div>Overall I consider my breakfast being a very healthy meal, which is low in fat, sodium, and calories. I would rate it as 9/10.</div><div>Overall I consider my lunch being a health meal, which is full of protein and fiber. The disadvantages of this meal is the Ketchup I use. Ketchup is often packed with sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and salt. I would rate it as 7/10</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>The onions on my pizza contain fiber and folic acid, a B vitamin that helps the body make healthy new cells. There are also mushrooms which are rich in the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. The combination helps protect heart health. Riboflavin is good for red blood cells. Niacin is good for the digestive system and for maintaining healthy skin. Olives are very high in vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants.</title>
