I live in the village of San Luis in the municipality of Pitalito, Huila. I live with my parents, my sister and an uncle. I live in a beautiful house, which belonged to my maternal grandparents. My house is big, it has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen that has a very large window. The village where I live is very beautiful and quiet, there are many trees and places to play sports, we can see many birds and different animals, there is also a small school where they teach from preschool to fifth grade. 

Now I am going to tell you about my daily routine. I usually get up at 7 in the morning, sometimes at 8 and rarely at 5 in the morning. I usually have breakfast at 8 or 8:30. I almost always eat bread, eggs and chocolate for breakfast, I rarely eat soup, bread and chocolate. I usually have lunch at half past 12. Every day there is something different for lunch, but there is always rice and it is served with spaghetti, or mashed potatoes, or beans, or lentils, or soup, fried meat, fried chicken, etc. I don't really work, currently I'm just studying. So I'm almost always at home doing university homework. I study remotely from home and I rarely go to university, so I'm at home doing housework or cooking and doing university homework. I usually have dinner at 6 in the evening, rarely at 8. At dinner I always have coffee, bread and eggs, sometimes milkshake and cookies. I usually go to bed at 10 p.m. m., sometimes at 11:30 or sometimes I go to bed after midnight. On the weekends, sometimes I study or do university work, I go for a walk and see new places, I go out to eat fast food or ice cream. As for studying English, I really rarely study English, but now that I am doing the A1 English course, I study it very often.

 

El desarrollo y realización de esta fase, o mejor “Task 2-This is me”, nos permitió aprender la manera correcta en la que podemos redactar un texto que dé a conocer distintos aspectos de nuestra información personal. Mi desempeño, durante la realización de esta fase, en una escala de malo, regular, bueno y excelente, fue bueno, ya que realice todas las actividades planteadas en la guía, presentándolas en el foro durante los tiempos dispuestos, además de que realice los ejercicios propuestos en el e-book indicados en la guía, pero me falto prestarle un poco más de atención a los mensajes enviados por el tutor, además que tampoco participe activamente en los espacios de aprendizaje como lo son cipas, b-learnings o web conferencias. Para el desarrollo de la próxima guía, me comprometo a estar activa en todas las actividades que se realicen y a participar más en el foro.

I live in Pitalito, and I'm going to talk about this beautiful city. Pitalito is a small city in the department of Huila. The main tourist places in Pitalito are the "Guaitipan" Lagoon, where we can be in contact with nature and more, Pitalito is also close to the "San Agustín" Archaeological Park, an ancestral place full of history and culture. 

During the months of June and July the Laboyano Folk Festival is celebrated in my city, which commemorates the festivities of "San Juan and San Pedro" where they dance "sanjuanero" and rides a horse, the “Cabalgatas”. 

In these celebrations people usually listen to "bambucos" dance "sanjuanero" ride horses "cabalgatas", have parties where they drink "aguardiente" and eat "lechona" or “asado huilense". 

In my city, tourists can enjoy nature by visiting ancestral places such as the “Guaitipan” Lagoon or the “San Agustín” Archaeological Park, in addition to buying and observing beautiful handicrafts and enjoying delicious typical foods, even enjoying extreme adventures in places close to the city. 

Finally, the typical food of my city is the "bizcochuelo". It is main ingredients are: achira flour, eggs, "panela" and "aguardiente". 

So, I want to invite you to visit my city "Pitalito" where you will be ¡welcome!

Realmente estuve muy juiciosa estudiando los contenidos del e-book, aunque referente a la participación del foro, me descuide un poco, ya que mi participación fue en los últimos días. En cuanto a la realización del video, mi presentación oral, aunque no dedique mucho tiempo, siento que pude comprender muy bien y hacerlo de la mejor manera. La verdad, mi sueño es hablar inglés fluido, y el realizar esta presentación me permitió saber que con la dedicación suficiente lo puedo lograr. El aprendizaje obtenido mediante la realización de estas actividades aporta a mi vida personal y profesional, en la medida que me enseña a hablar de forma segura en el idioma inglés, con la pronunciación correcta, lo cual nos permite una mayor facilidad a la hora de la comunicación con las personas
