my picture represents people sitting around a table! i consider my learners' lived & professional experiences whenever possible so that the training is more relatable, and i try to engage learners intentionally so that they become active partners / participants through the learning process rather than one-way receivers (as represented by the dotted lines) :D

The learning environment I hope to cultivate for my learners is one that allows each to develop according to their own uniqueness (i.e. bears, plants, ferns, flowers) and grow to optimize their potential in an ever-changing world (like a "healthy forest" with good symbiosis between the different species) and able to withstand challenges from external environment (i.e. winds, droughts, etc)
