Throughout my education the teacher talk that motivated me through my schooling was was when I could tell that my teacher actually cared about the students, and wanted to get to know everyone's likes and dislikes in order to make the lessons more encouraging. Which then made myself and the rest of my classmates not only talk to the teacher about academic, but also about other things happening around the school, etc.

My co-op teacher, who was also my swimming coach, gave one of the most inspiring talks I've heard from a teacher. Learning by doing and putting forth one's best effort were constant themes in the co-op classroom. My co-op teacher would say, "Every failure is a chance to grow." This pushed me to do things I wasn't comfortable with, whether that was in swimming or in my placement. By following their advice it has helped me feel more sure of myself, learn new skills, and understand that hard work pays off. Furthermore their faith inspired me to challenge myself, and provided a foundation on my attitude toward education and development.

Throughout my education the teacher talk that motivated me through schooling was when a teacher told me that "in order to succeed, one must fail first." At the time it didn't make sense to me because I thought how could it possible that we need to fail at something in order to succeed. However, what I realized that is succeeding should not be a means to a end, instead the focus should be on the process and journey and that is what true success means.

The teacher talk that motivated me throughout my schooling, was when it was clear that a teacher was passionate about a topic. I was more likely to listen and attend, when I could tell the teacher cared about and knew a lot about a topic.

Opposite of what others have stated, I would say that the biggest motivator to me doing well in school was the ample amounts of teachers talking down my abilities when going through elementary school. On a more positive note, I believe the difficulties I experienced from these teacher turned me into a motivational, positive teacher today.

I used to question myself, but my teacher, Bobby Noble, made all the difference. He showed me that mistakes weren't failures but rather chances to improve by believing in me when I couldn't. His support helped me realize my potential and get the confidence I needed to take on obstacles. I'm still motivated by his statement, "Mistakes don't define you; what you do next does." Bobby Noble changed my life; he did more than simply teach me.

My teacher telling me that “you can do anything you put your mind to” helped motivate me. She told me stories of people who faced boundaries but reached amazing goals. Presidents, Astronauts, Educators, Political activisits, all went through tough challenges but pushed through and developed new ways to do things, political change, went to new planets (literally). I knew that it I were to fight for it and work hard I could do anything (within limitations, sadly).
