A theory is a well-tested explanation that unifies a wide range of observations. It usually consists of multiple hypotheses, and most of the time is disproven. However, sometimes theories evolve, which means the first theory wasn't full complete.
Theories are usually what all hypotheses and laws start forming from.

A hypotheses is a good guess, which is based on your investigations, knowledge, and observations. Hypotheses are kind of similar to theories. Both most of the time get disproven, and play a great role in creating important, scientific laws. And lastly, both of them are an attempt to explain what has been observed.

Law

Unlike the other two, laws fully consists on facts and are very rarely disproven. Laws are expressed in a single expression and are usually fairly short. Laws are very universal and are a big part of science. Also, a scientific law is never an explanation, it is a result of induction. An other difference between Laws and the other two, is the fact that laws are statements of something which is always true.
