1: Carbon is the foundation of biology.
2: I learned that atoms need to complete their octet in order to be satisfied and happy.

Three things I learned were that carbon is so small that it can be formed into spirals, triple bonds, and rings. Also that Carbon is the core atom of complicated things that make living things. What I learned was;
1. Carbon is the core atom of structures that makes up living things. A Simple Carbon compound is Methane.
2. Most compounds can be displayed in Lewis Dot Structure Form. Those Structures basically show how atoms bond together to make up molecules.
