Most of the time, this is my safety level. Sometimes it's hard not to think about how others will react to suggestions or tasks or questions. But I more or less make sure that what I need to convey gets conveyed.

I feel almost very safe because the team makes me feel that I am in a free space where I can ask questions, share my inputs and experiment.

Im not yet at 5 because sometimes I still hesitate asking questions and I end up not knowing what the answer is lol.

Tough sprint, but we all managed to get through. No matter how hard the tasks are, all the team members did their best to complete their objectives. Will need to adjust proper time and work management but overall, the team definitely did what they are assigned to do.

This was another tough sprint, but I am truly amazed on how helpful, dependable, and caring each and every one on the team is. This is a team that is really willing to take extra miles just to finish the committed tasks. All took hard steps from the first week, but we still served this sprint with a smile(?) up until the last day. The team also showed developments and learned from their mistakes from the past sprint. The team has really become more effective, no doubt. Hoping that this is a long-term development for us. Good job!
