Digital copies will be added to the campus website, as well as sent through the districts digital flyer platform.

Teachers and other faculty will be notified through email, in advance with an attached copy of the infographic, to be aware of any possible scheduling conflicts. The counselor will review confidentiality parameters, as well as give examples on what a group discussion could look like. Students will then be given the opportunity to anonymously share a recent conflict that they have experienced. 

Stage two: Students will be encouraged to partner with a different student each week, as they explore strategies on solving conflict, and rebuilding relationships. This will give students the opportunity to see another person's perspective. Each session will end with a five minute closing discussion, for the counselor to be able to determine if students are struggling with understanding certain concepts. 

Stage three: During the closure for the group, students will discuss how participating in the group has made them feel, overall about conflict, and how to handle it. This will give students an opportunity to reflect on pivotal moments during group sessions. Within this style encouragement is used to foster participation (Cherry, 2020).
