Question: Should a mental health crisis be an excuse for time off of school as a physical issue would?

Insights/Ideas: 
1. One person can change the whole thought process of your live...Violet used to countdown the days until graduation and now she countdowns closer days that she looks forward to such as the weekend or Monday.
2. People don't need to be pushed, they need to be shoved out of their comfort zone...For example, Violet had to be shoved into Finch's car after her sister died

Question- Why does Finch feel the need to constantly change his personality?


Insights/ideas- 
1. It seems like Finch may have multiple personality disorder
2. Finch and Violet seem to be opposites (Finch being more optimistic, Violet more depressed) but attract due to a strong commonality
3. 1.  Losing someone you have been connected to for so long can lead to depression because you've known them for so long
2. Someone that has brought happiness to your life is now gone and you start feeling alone
3. You've know them for so long and it makes you sad that you won't be able to see them again

1) His dad may have been cheating on his mom but his dad is very supportive of him and his actions.

2) Being around his family almost forces him to be better in hopes of keeping the family positive too. But it could also be negative because his mom expects for Finch to be like the man of the house in a way. 

3) HIs parents splitting up might be negatively impacting his condition and may have even been the reason that it started.
