The social development Vygotsky theory is a theory that shows and improves how children learn and grow better when they surrounded by others. This theory explains that child learn better by seeing someone do something and copying them. Like the saying "money sees money do" when a child sees someone either it be a parent, classmate, teacher, etc they will copy them and learn from copying them.

Some strengths of Vygotsky theory of social development is its shows the importance of the social setting for each child and the beneficial it is for each child to learn in a social settings with other students. Also when students learn with other students this can help the students be better at communicating with other. Knowing this theory can help us teachers understand the best technique to teaching and what we can do to help each student get the most out of each lesson we teach.

Some weakness with this theory is every child learns differently so some students may not learn by watching others and doing what they are doing

In Piget theory explains that we all go through 4 stages of cognitive development in order to grow. Each stage helps our brain grow and become our brain that is different from each other. The stages are 1. Sensorimotor stage which is from birth-2 years old and this is when they learn from their senses to their actions. 2. Preoperational stage which is from 2-7 years old this is when children develop symbolic thinking and grow with their own logic and communicate with others. 3. Concrete Operational stage is from 7-11 this is when the students began to learn for themselves and understand their own thoughts plus other thoughts. 4. Formal Operational stage 12- adulthood this is when our brain understands be able to start thinking outside the box and understand how everyone understands and how you understand.

Size - The class size would be a normal size to 20-22 students in the class. Most of the work we would complete in the class would be small group and we would mix it up so each student gets to talk to each other. This can help the class communicate with each other and hear how each student learns and where they are coming from.

Demography : I would try to mix ups the friend groups so each student gets to know other students who are not the same as them and so they are able to get to know each other.

Diverse Educational : How I would handle diverse educational is the students who might struggle I might put them near me so I can hear their conversation also I would put one of my stronger more patience student with them so they can help them and maybe they will understand since it is coming from other voice that's not mine.

Lesson : The lesson I would do is give each group at least 6 math multiplication problems and let them figure it out together. Through this lesson the students might get different answers which means they would have to communicate what the correct answer is and how they got it. Once they finish their 6 problems they will come to me so I will check it to make sure they are correct then we will create a new groups so they can share their problems with the other students so every students completes the assignment and understand the different ways you go multiplication. Also with math they have to show their work so I can make sure they are all doing their work and understanding the assignment. The environment would be in the classroom with each group in a different section in the classroom.
