-The dignity of all people needs to be considered and respected in order to make merciful commitments to people of all backgrounds and situations.
-One major example is the immigrant crisis spanning the globe. We must be merciful in working to solve the issue with consideration and mercy towards the millions of people struggling with such a conflict of life.
-We cannot simply turn our back to these problems, we have to acknowledge the dignity in each human and gain a sense of charity in acting mercifully towards the plight of our brothers and sisters of the world.

-A real world example of mercy for the impoverished is the sweeping homelessness problem of our country and the world abroad (personified in the movie we watched last week).
-A consistent recognition is necessary to helping out the poor of our communities. We cannot turn our backs to the people in need and we must always show our humility and assistance.

-In today's world a prevalence of conflict in relation to our climate is becoming increasingly apparent. 
-Showing mercy to God's creation can and does mean respecting the planet and the environmental elements for its preservation. After all, our world was created by God and needs the merciful action of protecting its beauty and habitability.
