Thanks a lot for the wonderful session. This session was packed with information and insights for being a successful IB facilitator.
It was not less than IB training itself.
You have already trained us on the components of a good IA and where we can find all the reaources so personally I was quite clear on those areas. This session was extremely helpful as you have told us how IA can be evaluated. 
I understood how we can make sure of personal engagement, and communication throughout the IA to make it a 7. 
You shown your own IA samples, made us to mark them which built my confidence. Now I feel I can mark students work as well with precision.
The rubrics you shared with us will help us not only this year, its gonna be helpful throughout my career n thanks for that.
Apart from that, you spoke about the journey which can lead to IA for the students. I believe if we take this path which you have shown, our Year 1 students would do great in IAs.
Most of the things I was doing in my classroom but I was not posting them in the form of tasks. I have understood how as a teacher having evidences is necessary after this session and I would start doing it from now onwards.
Perhaps it was the best training session I have attended so for.
