I grew up in Osage Beach, Missouri, and I was raised by my grandparents. Teaching was always a passion of mine from when I was in middle school and throughout high school.

I took an interest to Spanish class in middle school, and then I took all 4 years of Spanish in high School. During my senior year of high school, I decided to pursue a career in teaching with an emphasis in modern language. I graduate in 2018 with my bachelors of science degree in modern language. I have seen technology grow little by little. 

In my personal life, I use technology everyday-whether that is my phone, my work computer, my car, my TV, or my refrigerator. Almost everything that we do as a society nowadays is using technology. 

In my professional life as a teacher, I use technology quite often. I use resources such as Gimkit, Kahoot, and Quizlet. Furthermore, my school district uses Google Classroom. I use this to message my classes if I am gone. I also use it to put vocab and notes on it in case my students lose their physical copies. My classroom also has a Clear Touch TV. So, my students and I use that for games, activities, and notes. Furthermore, I also like to play music for my students, and motivational videos on Mondays.
