3)星乐：是我的生日，我三岁了。我和姐姐一起吃草莓蛋糕。翁涵：他们在家里。为什么星月吃蛋糕？

4)一开始我利用“看-想-问”来进行提问，但是部分幼儿无法区分看和想，因此之后我利用5W1H进行更具体的提问，让幼儿理解问题并进行回答。

“Do you know what they are eating?” 

“Have you tried steamboat before?”

“What is the container to hold the liquid? (Pot)

Arissa: Steamboat

Reshmann: Meat

Thiri: Only a little bit (tried some of the fishballs)

Rahul: I never eaten steamboat before.

Acacia: No, we can eat it anytime, not only during Chinese New Year.

Caleb: We can put in noodles.

Time was a limitation as I used these pictures as an introduction to my numeracy activity. The children had a lot to comment and elaborate especially about their own experiences/opinions and I was not able to get all to share.

5)What would you have done differently?

In order to have a stronger linkage of the steamboat to the CNY reunion dinner, I could have chosen a photo depicting the people dressed in red.

根据幼儿日常生活中做的好的事对幼儿进行表扬，对不好的问题及时进行讨论，让幼儿知道对问题的避免方法。
