         <title>     Mental Health</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My mental health was rated a 4.3 total. I was rated pretty high in mental health. I have a good and supportive family that supports me and loves me everyday. I have an amazing group of friends that make me laugh everyday. I actually had to work hard at myself to find the better qualities that should be reflected to those around me. I had been a negative person in the wrong crowd for too long. I had to learn that no matter how much I tried to fit in, I was not showing my real self in just acting to have friends.<br><br>SMART Goal<br>I want to attempt to find time in my busy day to start doing yoga and other things that relax me and remind me to calm down. I have trouble sometimes when my actions when I am overly aggravated. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I counted my physical health as a 4.3. This was a medium score for me. I know that I got the higher scores for my working out, but it was dropped by my eating habits. I know that my eating is not as good as it should be. I should be knowing that what I am putting into my body to help me. I can work in the healthy aspect but I won't be as easy done as said. This is also because I live with my family of five and my parents are the ones that pick out the foods we eat for dinner. We have healthy dinners its the snack that are in between meals that are the real killer.<br><br>SMART Goal<br>I would like to see myself cutting back on the snacks when I get home and maybe switch it for a salad. I would also like to start drinking water more, because it also helps you feel fuller.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I rated a 4.8 on the environmental health portion. This was my highest scoring section. I have always had an admiration to the Earth, and those around us, including my school. I believe I gained this knowledge through being in Girl Scouts from Kindergarten to the day. I learned to have respect for my outside environment and also everyone around me thorough the Girl Scout program. I have always wanted to be a good leader for those around me and I think that it makes sense as to why I scored so high in this section.<br><br>SMART Goal<br>I want to see myself stepping up more into the role of a better role model to my younger siblings. I want to physically see the change in my world when i start to work on my gold award for Girl Scouts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have been ranked a 4.2 in my spiritual health. I think this is one of my higher scoring categories because of my religion. I was born from Christian parents. I made the decision to let Christ in my life in fifth grade, at age 10. I felt a spiritual connection to God from there on. I have been a devoted Christian taking the philosophies of Christianity and applying them to my life. I am not much of a rule-breaker. I pray every night and it makes me feel a sense of connectivity to something grater than me. I'm not going to say that I know what my purpose is here on Earth, but I will eventually find it through my religion.<br><br>SMART Goal<br>I want to see that I find myself unified through my religion. I want to go back to the scripture, and find what God would want me to do on Earth to serve him.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a social person that is ranked a 4.25. I have the best support system around me through my friends and family. They are there for me through hard times. It took me a while to find who I was truly though. I had toxic relationships with people who would only cause me pain. I had to fight for who I was, not based on those around me. I knew that I had always been a people-pleaser and I realized I couldn't make others happy when I had negativity surrounding me, makin me unhappy. It made making friends harder and harder with them secluding me form others. I finally broke it off and I have actually made the best friends through sports and school activities. I have always seen my family as my biggest supporter.<br><br>SMART Goal<br>I want to see myself flourish and make new friends this school year. I am being social and have been branching out of my friend groups and having more than one person I can confide in.</div>]]></description>
