Within the next 10 years, I hope to have a starting job as an ER nurse or as a Firefighter/EMT. I look to go into the military and college and hopefully get the opportunity to play volleyball there as well. I hope by the time I am 27 I can start a family and live on my own and support myself and boyfriend comfortably. By then, I want to be settled down have 2-3 pets, and live far away from the city.

Something I've wanted to do is go into the military, either Army or Coast Guard. What I've done to prepare myself for this is reach out to the respective branches and see what they have to offer. If I decide to sign here soon into Army or Coast Guard Reserves I would go this summer of my senior year to basic training for a little over 2 months for either branch. Then, during the school year go once a month while maintaining getting paid. Below is a link that explains all about Army Basic Training. https://www.militaryonesource.mil/military-basics/new-to-the-military/army-basic-training-and-officer-candidate-school-what-to-expect/#:~:text=In%20basic%20training%2C%20you'll,to%20expect%20and%20arrive%20prepared.

I've taken 2 college tours so far to both Anderson University and Augusta University. Both have a Division 2 volleyball program but unfortunately this year I wasn't able to play club volleyball so I'm looking at going to Division 3 or NAIA to play. I've gone to volleyball camps at both Anderson and Augusta to get to know the coaches, how they do things, and what kind of people and players it attracts. I'm continuing to look at other colleges to see what they have to offer because I don't see Anderson as a fit for me as well as Augusta just yet. Below is a link listed about Augusta University's volleyball program. https://augustajags.com/sports/womens-volleyball

After college, if I am still with my current boyfriend, we plan to continue to date after high school, although it may be naive to think. I hope to live in either an apartment with him or a starter house if we can afford it but I want to live comfortably, being that both of us are going into the military we'll look to get benefits that can eventually help us to get in that spot. He and I both, want to get a few pets being a hairless cat to start us off. He's always loved hairless cats and I'm not opposed to having one. He also wants to get a weiner dog so that will probably follow soon after. Before having kids or getting pets, I'd want to experience things first before committing to raising a kid just yet. Travel a little and be spontaneous, while still maintaining financial confortability.

I'm still exploring colleges and universities at the moment but I've shown interest in Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia, and Coastal College in Brunswick, Georgia. The average GPA for Augusta is 3.43 and Coastal College is 3.1. I have a 4.0 so that should be no issue for me but I haven't taken the SAT or ACT quite yet so I'll need to see how I do on that. I also considered Anderson University in South Carolina as an option and their average GPA is a 3.5.

If i decide to go to the Reserves route, I'd probably by signed with them for either 4-6 years. I made an 80 on my ASVAB which means I can get just about any job I want in the military. I'm interested in choosing my MOS to be something in medicine or rescue. Or maybe even both! Since I've been in JROTC for 3 years now I would also receive a pay grade going in.
