Shop theft - It infringes upon society's collective conscience as it affects the livelihood and potential profits of business owners. It also violates honesty and fairness. However, in some situations of necessity, some may view it with sympathy, showing mixed societal attitudes.

Drink Driving - It clearly breaches and infringes upon society's collective conscience as it poses unnecessary danger to both drivers and pedestrians and their lives, which can be easily avoided.

1. Violation of consent - they may record people without consent. e.g Peeping Toms recording girls in public spaces like toilets in NUS.

2. Social harm to Women - Women may feel unsafe or humiliated in public, as most of these crimes happen to them. In the UK, 90% of complaints are regarding voyeurism taking place in facilities like public changing rooms and toilets. In Korea, there were 6,000 reported cases of voyeurism, and 80% of them happened to women.

3. Moral outrage - The society would want justice for the victim and harsh punishment for the offender.

Child abuse:

Infringes because:

- victims may grow up to continue the cycle in future generations (inter-generational trauma)

- abuse will become normalised (if children are not advocated for)

Does not infringe because:

- not illegal in some countries, depending on the relativity of space.

- is deep-rooted in culture and normalized, thus adults think it’s valid and necessary to educate children
