I remember when I was a school student we would have to write in our notebooks with a pencil in almost every class we had, some days my hand would get so tired my writing would look scribbly but it did not stop me from finishing my work, now in college I get to write on this padlet and less of hand writing.

in junior and high school i remember i used write on a paper and have a chat with my friends before we had cell service in this community, the way we used to communicate with our friends or landline phone, right know we have so many ways to communicate with friends we don’t even need to get out of the house to go look for friend.

when i was in school we would write to our friends and pass them to the person to read and they would give back a paper with a reply, only way we would be able to communicate at school before cell phones, it is so much easier now to communicate with friends and family using online apps like messenger or text, growing up we had to call using landline phone or check friends house to look for them

In junior high we use to get Pen Pal from down south, it use to be so much fun when we got a pen pal. The exciting part was getting a letter back and getting to know each other such as what kind of stuff they do compared to what we do. We use to read out loud to classmate about our pen pal and some of them had farms where they feed their horses or chickens that laid eggs. Our pen pal was as curious as we were and it was awesome to learn new things we didn’t know that existed.

me and my friends use to communicate thro land line phone, when we got a black berry phone we use to communicate thro BBM, and lg phone, flip phone, when there was no iPhone. Kids nowadays can communicate thro their phone, such as Snapchat, instagram, TikTok, facebook, when we use to use an router with a very slow internet, and nowadays they can have a service, starlink with unlimited gigs, data.
