Although Canadian law shouldn't apply there in the first place, if hereditary chiefs aren't considered the people who can speak for the community then it is entirely legal to push for the pipeline.<br><br>The right to self-govern is entirely ignored, all justification for the pipeline is Canadian law.</div>]]></description>
