Organising an art exhibition that showcases WA indigenous artists and their work, maybe even a separate showcase for young indigenous artists to display their work from local or surrounding schools. (Maybe working with Savitha to do a showcase via the screens shes organising?)

Group activities for anyone attending the weekend event:

.Painting and decorating a ceramic plates with traditional pattern work.

.“DIY” decorated Dream Time Fest tote bags. (using the logo Frazer made?)

.Artist talks (collaborating with Carmen and the people she will be working with for the story telling) 
. If this was to be a yearly event: Making a mural with the logo included that is added to each year by a "feature artist" that could be permanently displayed somewhere? Blank space in Fremantle?

. Relating to Carmen's mission statement:Celebrating Indigenous art and the Indigenous arts community of Western Australia.

.Group activities, stalls and information booths, art exhibition, live music and performances. 

On all pages of the site our social media and contact links are displayed at the bottom of the page. These include Facebook, Instagram and Twitter along with contact phone numbers.

At the top of the page there is an artwork slideshow banner. It cycles through artwork of many of the artists involved in the event to give users an idea of what they can expect to see.

There is a full timetable of the weekend’s events. Each event listing links to a preview of the event and a detailed background of the artist, their past works and their past exhibitions.

Public transport and parking information is available with timetables for buses and trains. A map displays entrances, cost and availability of parking 

There will be a different artist featured each day leading up to the festival. These posts will include interviews with the artist, a photograph of the artist and 1 or 2 previews of their work. The aim of these posts is to build up hype around the event as it gets closer.

The sun logo designed by Frazer and a link to the website will be present on all posts.

There will be regular giveaways for sharing/liking posts about the festival in an aim to spread the word about the festival to a wider audience.

There will be a door prize for those that mark themselves as attending on the Facebook event page.

The Sun logo will be present on all posts. Team members will discuss colours, fonts and images that best represent the spirit of the festival and decide on a uniform look for the event’s social media communications.

All communication with the public will match this branding. The public will get a clear sense of the messages and themes of the festival through the way posts are created.
