Well i'm here to tell you everything. Last year our president Abraham Lincoln came out and said there would be no more spreading of slavery as there already had been and this angered many southerners but the northerners completely agreed with abolishing slavery. Due to the uncompromising of the southerners our war has been started and sadly many of our soldiers and loved ones have passed. The election of President Lincoln and slavery brought on a war. General Ulysses S. Grant advanced 12 miles cross-country to invest Fort Donelson on the Cumberland River. She was taken away from her family at the age of two. She was sold in Mississippi to William Shone for a big amount of money. He bought her for about $40,090. Abigial was sexualy, physically, and verbally abused by William. William continually raped her and that resulted with her getting pregnant at the age of 15. William made her kill the baby when she was 3 months pregnant. At the age of 22 was set free because William Shone was shot the head with a 12 gage shotgun. She then made her way north and way trying to recover from her past trauma. But still to this day suffers from PTSD. She is doing her part in the war to try to stop the racism and slavery in America. We should let slaves free. and let them be human, not a prize to be won or bought. LET SLAVES FREE. We know that this war won't end soon.
