FIRST TIME MEETING EVERYONE

Positives -
Great to meet everyone and everyone on my team seems wonderful and incredibly smart.
The diversity of everyone is going to make such and interesting mix of cultures and opinions for the rest of this challenge.
We are all interest in sustainability in different ways and for various reasons which is super interest to listen to
Kelly was super helpful and enthusiastic about this entire challenge and she really made us understand the concept and why she is so passionate about it.

Negatives-
I'm a little scared to be overwhelm as I am the only one is my team that is studying marketing

It was a though first consultancy.
The idea of creating a whole presentation was lost on me and my group and we worked more in forms of bullet points and research
Only myself and another team member showed up the day of at 10am and worked on the whole presentation.
This was both tricky and really rewarding. It was hard to market a concept we havent yet fully grasped since other teams were more in depth working on creating it.
Me and my team mate Apeksha worked really hard during 5h to try and gather as much information from our individual research and opinions.
The presentation ended up being quite well presented.
The idea of working as a team did get quite lost in the whole thing since we were working under pressure and they were not present.
At this point in the work it does feel like not everyone is working the same way.
Group calls feel really one sided as some people don't take the time to speak.
It has faced me and some of my teammates to push out boundaries

Seeing everything put together was great but it made em realise we didn't communicate as much between teams.
The hardest part was condensing all the research we did as a team and fitting it into less that 5 slides.
