That chocolate cake is calling my name to have it for dessert.  Cakes do not talk or "call" anyone, but by saying it this way..we know that the author wants to eat that cake and that it looks delicious!

Whenever there is a trial, your lawyers engage in voir dire...they try to pick jurors (people who will decide if you are guilty or not) by interviewing them. The process is called voir dire!

1) a lady who gives yearly to the Police Association
2)  a firefighter
3)  a teacher who has a brother who is training to be a police officer
