I was introduced by the manager, that called Abe Lie to other staff. There are two staff working at the cybercafé which is Azlee and Hafizie. The manager show the whole structure of the shop to me including total of computer used, PS4, and tools that related to the shop operation. This cybercafé offer service like computer for games, Playstation 4, printing and internet. There were about 20 computers, four units of PS4, and 2 printing machines. My task is to assist Azlee in handling the shop. There are two shift which from morning to evening (9:30 a.m – 6:30 p.m) and night shift from 8:30 p.m till 12:00 p.m. Not many task for today, it just for me to adapt with the environment.

I was taught by the Azlee on how to use the shop system that control all the computer for the customers. It take time to understand because there were so many component to get used to. He also taught me how to solve problem if some of computer was lagged. In the morning, only a few people coming because kids was go to school. After 2 p.m., they start coming until evening. But on 4.30 p.m., we need to close the shop early because there was an electrical problem. Then, we open again on 8:30 p.m. till 12:00 p.m. For tonight, only about 5 kids coming to play game on computer and PS4.

Only 5 customers that coming tonight to play game. Most of them buy time package which is RM5 for two and half hour time playing. For normal package, RM2.50 for an hours. Before close on 12:00 p.m., we check again the shop before going back.

Due today is school holiday, many customer were coming and most of them were kids. As usual, they come to play online game like PUBG, GTA, Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) and many other online games. We close for a while on 1:00 p.m., and open again on 2:00 p.m. In the evening, we do some cleaning like lap tingkap. During the night, sales also quite good because about 10 people comes and we close on 12: p.m.
