I have seen class class, yes, yes. Which I've used as well. Track me is another thing that I love, where you say, Track me, and then the students look. Do not yell, speak in a calm voice at all times.

Table groups of 4 have an "island Leader" that switches each day or week. The leader manages their group transitions; getting supplies, checking everyone has their chromebook or workbook out, and helps encourage on task behaviors

I find transitioning in the hallways to be hard at times. I’ve seen teachers use line order or two separate lines to help keep the students more calm!

"Hugs and bubbles" when walking in the hallway. The students know that they are to hold a bubble in their mouths and give them selves a hug walking down the hallway.

I have seen a kindergarten class use hands under chin with elbows in for walking in the hallways. You can tell that kids knew exactly what that meant while walking from pe back to their class. One thing that stood out to me. When someone forgot to do it, there was positive peer interaction where students reminded each other of what the expectation was for walking in the hallway.

I tend to spend more time with students with negative behavior and giving them consequences for their actions that I overlook those who are doing what's expected, so what I will do differently is reward those students with Bear Bucks. The students who consistently misbehave will eventually self-correct their behavior so that they can earn bucks to purchase items in the Bear Store.
