Participants discover their feelings, triggers, strengths, and weakness, as a person and as a player. They will also learn techniques on how to manage their emotions during the game 

Participants learn and practice communicating to their co-participants by introducing themselves and getting to know them. They will be on the lookout to find their potential teammates. 

Participants will learn the 4H (head-heart-hand-hope) of decision-making to choose their teammates and their character

Participants learn the steps in problem-solving and uses that to strategize as a team. 

Participants will learn about the concept of resiliency and will share about how do they bounce back from adversities or bend without breaking. 

Participants will recognize the importance of working together with others, even when each has their own task. They will also share their own experiences and strategies of how they worked together as a team.
