         <description><![CDATA[<div>We agree with the author's explanation of fairness/equality does not necessarily mean equal distribution.&nbsp;<br><br>Fairness/equality means each individual is given the same amount of resources, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the resources given meet the needs of each individual.&nbsp;<br><br>Some individuals might need more, but the resources given are not sufficient. Meanwhile, some might just doesn't need any resources at all and that excess given resources could be used more effectively/efficiently on other individuals.&nbsp;<br><br>Each individuals' condition and necessity should be considered.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers are gatekeepers, they can basically encourage and disencourage students to continue their goals.&nbsp;<br><br>Some teachers could give good grades to those who tried to work hard, while giving good grades to those who doesn't pay attention.&nbsp;<br><br>The expectations of the teachers and the students' goal sometimes just don't meet.&nbsp;<br><br>As an art educator, teachers could just prov ide support whenever the students are in need.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
