An instance where I communicated well, at least in my opinion, was just last Saturday. An Amazon delivery driver was confused as to where he was supposed to drop off a package at my student accommodation. He saw me leave the complex and waved at me to get my attention, as I had headphones on. This was an example of non-verbal communication. He then asked if I knew whether the address on the package was the address we were at or if he got it mixed up. I confirmed that he was at the correct address, which prompted him to inquire as to where the package was to be deposited if the individual had not come to pick it up. I then directed him to the reception, which is the point of drop-off, as my verbal communication (explaining where to go) was unclear to him.
