After finishing the GMM transaction at lunch hour, I continue to do the Eragreen transaction of Account Receivable next while being taught by one of the department staff which is Miss Hooi Teng.

Then I learned a new thing on the day which is how to generate payment vouchers. I have been taught ways to do a payment voucher and I start by doing the rental payment voucher. First I start by knowing which items are going to be put in the payment voucher like the issue date, and the directory code of the company. Then I will generate the GL integration with its specific code related to the item of the payment voucher. For example, the rental code will be 50028. After saving it in the system I have been told to print out the payment voucher for the filling purpose. I continue to generate the payment voucher for the rest of that day.

After that I have been taught ways to key in Account Payable transaction of TNB and phone bill of Maxis. I require to look at the past payment to ensure no left out payment before generating the Account payable transaction using their each directory code. Each bill is separated by each outlet and needs to be keyed into the system.

After finishing with Eragreen record I continue with Gene Martino sales which has much more to record since the company has 71 outlets all around Malaysia. I usually take most of my day to record gene martino daily sales into the system

I continue my job by taking note of the Eragreen daily sales into the sales paper report before keying it into ERMS. When I finish there are still more time of office hour so I been given a job to identify few document from past year and dispose the paper as they is no use of the document anymore

After doing so I will save the data and record the magic no on the transaction paper. It will be easier to recheck and to make amendments if there is any mistake.

Then I continue to write down the Eragreen transaction on its daily sales paper. Then start to key it into the system. Eragreen sales usually involve 2 banks which are Public Bank for any credit or debit card sales and Maybank for cash sales.

After finishing with the GMM I then focus on Eragreen daily sales. For Eragreen, one of my daily tasks is to record the cash sales that have been updated by the promoter in the dropbox system.

During the day I also took some time to keep the x-report of gene martino in the storage room. X- report is the receipt that will be posted by each of the outlets at the end of the month to be stored in the storage room so if there is any correction or any problem the staff can take a look at the proof of receipt that they keep. After that I also do the Eragreen daily sales before my day ends.

After finishing the transaction which is after lunch hour I continue with identifying the outlet code for Evergreen public bank transaction before continuing with recording it.

Next I continue with Eragreen daily sales at 3. Other than identifying outlet code I also need to log in into RevPayment website to  identify the  ewallet payment which is TNG,Boost and Grab to record the sales.

For Eragreen I start by downloading the Batchsum report from the bank website then I will be given an excel file of the bank statement that I need to identify outlet code in each transaction. When I finish I will print the excel file and continue to key in the sales data. Next I will query the data in the system by writing it down on the daily sales record paper. After that I will also key in the cash sales transaction from Maybank into the system.

After that I started to do TTSQ or TaipingTown Square daily sales. The TTSQ daily sales require me to identify the total amount of each outlet and write it down in the excel to earn the total sales of the date.

After lunch, all of the staff members got treated with zus coffee by the company. We were able to choose what drinks we wanted to have. While enjoying the treat I finalize the TTSQ daily sales before handing it over to one of my department staff. 

After that I continue with the GMM sales data. I keyed all the sales transactions into the system before handing it back to Miss Hooi Teng the finished task. After almost 2 months doing the task I feel more familiar with the system but still need to be extra careful to avoid any mistakes.

Next I was handed over the Eragreen files to continue my daily task. And when I finish my task I still have plenty of time so I was asked to identify the code for each miscellaneous item on the Fastrack Distribution Invoice so it will be easier to be updated into the account payable system. There are few categories like stationary, the code is 50024 while the upkeep furniture & fitting with a code of 50043.

In the evening, I continue with the previous day's task. When I finished I was taught on how to key the invoice into the account payable transaction with all the code in the GL ledgers. The invoice consists of 4 months which start from January up until April. I finished updating the January invoice

I also did my daily routine task that is to record the GMM daily sales into the company account receivable.

After finishing with the invoice I was handed over the Eragreen excel file. I continue with identifying the gross amount and the outlet code before put in the system.

After lunch I continue my day with the GMM sales record before finishing my day at the office. 

I also have been asked to check for any mistakes in my previous recorded sales.

I also update my daily routine task in my notebook to ensure I will not forget any task given.

When I finished, I continued with the Eragreen daily sales. During the end of the month usually I need to look extra careful for the cash transaction as that the outlet will usually transfer the rest of the month amount at the end of every month. So I need to calculate extra carefully for the cash record.

Then I continue with the Maybank GMM record and Eragreen daily sales as well before the end of my week.

My day also continues with recording the GMM daily sales which involve all the types of payment like card, e-wallet and qr pay. I rarely key in the cash transaction as it is usually done by Miss Izzah.

After finishing, update the sales data in excel. I also did the GMM sales transaction record. My day ends with me updating the Eragreen sales transaction before going back.

I also have been given a task to update the GMM account receivable with the outlet sales from the previous day

By the time we finished I was handed the Maybank bank statement of the past weekend to be key in. I finish my day with settling the job given to me before the office hour ends.

After finishing the GMM work, I continue with the Eragreen excel file next. I printed out the excel file and started to record the transaction in the account receivable. I also record the magic no back into the paper that has the transaction record. 

Next I continue with the Eragreen transaction of sales. I updated the outlet 

After I finished with GMM, I did the Eragreen sales transaction. First I was given the cash transaction on Maybank. When I was done with Maybank, I was given the public bank excel transaction to be filled with gross amount and outlet code. I finished my task by keying all the sales transactions into the system before I end my day.

After that I continue to do Eragreen sales transactions which require me to key based on their code.

I also need to download the batchsum report each day to obtain the gross amount and bank charges by each transaction. Then I can fill the excel file with all the needed information before keyed it into the system. I finished my day by doing the task given to me.

I also has been asked to scan previous bank statement from few bank that needed to use.

When I was done I was given the GMM daily sales transaction to be keyed into the company account receivable. Beside that I also did the Eragreen daily sales transaction as well.

During the day I updated the transaction of 21,22 and 23 June into the account receivable in the ERMS system.

Next I continue with GMM sales transactions that need to be updated in the system as well.After finishing both my daily tasks there is still some time left so I’ve been told to combine the TTSQ January sales excel file into one. 

Then I continue to key in Eragreen daily sales after I finish filling in the outlet code and the gross amount in the excel file. I also keyed the GMM sales transaction record of the previous day into the system.

After I'm done with the transaction I continue to update the TTSQ daily sales in another excel file. I also combine the TTSQ sales from the previous month into one excel file each month.

Before lunch I get a task to do the Gene Martino Maybank sales transaction. I record 2 date transactions which are the previous weekend transaction. I record the data in account receivable of the ERMS Business System that the company uses.

As I finished with my task, I was given the Gene Martino sales transaction on Maybank. Then I continue to update the daily sales transaction in the system.

Then I continue to do the GMM Maybank transaction which usually contains the cash,e-wallet,card and qr pay  transaction. All of this need to be keyed in using the 30002 code.

Next I did the combining of Eragreen daily sales in one excel just like TTSQ before. I combine each day's transaction into 1 excel for each month.It is to get the total monthly sales of the company.

After the lunch hour, I continue with the Gene Martino daily sales from Maybank.

Next,I did the Gene Martino sales transaction which as usual requires me to identify each outlet code first before keying into the system.

After the lunch hour, I continue with Eragreen sales transactions for both cards and cash . I started with doing the excel of Public bank transaction that is focused on cards. Then continue with the Maybank cash transaction.

In the morning, I also did the Eragreen combine excel. I combine the February daily sales into 1 before calculating the monthly total sales for each outlet.

I also did the Eragreen daily sales transaction of the current date into the system. I did 5,6,7,8,9 July during this date. It requires me to find the outlet code on the excel and access the Revpayment website which has info regarding the e-wallet transaction.

Then I continue with the Maybank daily sales transaction. I was required to find each outlet code before I could key the transaction into the account receivable system.

After lunch hour I continue with the Gene Martino each outlet's daily sales. I need to record daily sales everyday so that the HQ can keep tally the sales of each outlet they have. I finished my day with the Erageen May excel file. I did the combine of each day transaction in May before calculating the total monthly sale by each outlet they have.

Then I continue with the Gene Martino task which is to key the account receivable daily sales. I did the key in of weekend payment which is 12 July and 13

Next I did the check tally for previous month sales transactions of GMM. My task is to check between the post query data and the excel data that has been printed out if there is any total amount on the excel file. I need to note each transaction of each outlet. Then in the evening I also put the filling of the payment voucher into the file to be kept.

After I finish with my first task I continue with the check tally of previous month sales transactions. It is to ensure the number that has been keyed is tally to the pos query system number.

Then in the evening I did the Eragreen sales that included me to find out the outlet code before keying it in the Eragreen system.

I continue my day with the Maybank sales transaction of Gene Martino. I keyed all the transactions and finished my task at 3pm. In the evening I continue my work with Eragreen daily sales in a public bank. I keyed all the sales transactions from an excel file into the system.

Then my day continued with the Maybank sales transaction of Gene Martino. I key one by one each transaction into the system after identifying the outlet code on each transaction.

After that I also continue to do Maybank transactions that are related to Gene Martino daily sales. I continue to key all the transactions from each payment method like e-wallet,qr pay, cash and card payment.

I then proceed with the GMM daily sales. I first identify each transaction outlet code before keying the transaction into the system. I need to ensure I record the magic no back into the bank statement to ensure if there is any correction needed it is easier to find the data.

After lunch hour I was given the excel file of Eragreen daily sales from Public Bank. I identify all the outlets in the transaction as well as the gross amount of each transaction and continue to key it in the account receivable system.

When I finished with the payment voucher I continued with Gene Martino daily sales record from Maybank. As per usual I need to identify the outlet code first before being able to key it into the system.I also did the excel file of Eragreen daily sales and print it out to be keyed into the system.

There, I met with two other 2 interns from different departments. We wait for the HR team to arrive. I met with the HR person, Miss Tan and she informed us regarding the company schedule and the details that we need to know.

At around 9.45 am we were taken to see the office area as well as each department location . After that we were assigned to our desk and have been given an employee form which we have been asked to fill in.

Then. I met with all the finance department staff as well as my supervisor Miss Grace.My first task was to get familiar with the system that the company uses, which is ERMS Business System.

After lunch I continue to key in a few more transaction dates as the raya session is the peak time of the business which results in a higher amount of transactions occurring daily.

My day ends as I am getting more familiar with the system and my job description.

During the office hour, I have gotten an invitation for the company iftar event that happens later on Thursday.

During this process I try to get more familiar with the task given as I try my best to avoid any mistakes in my tasks.

One of the finance department staff , Miss Izzah also has taught me on how to use the photostat machine for scanning and photostat purposes.

After working hours, we gathered at the Hotel Legend Inn which the company iftar event is being held at. There I met with most of the staff from various department.We were given duit raya during the iftar celebration.

Next I key in the daily transaction from the Maybank bank statement into the business system while trying my best to memorize the code of all the outlets that the company has.

My job mostly related to the bookkeeping of the account receivable which is related to all outlet daily sales.

During the day my supervisor Miss Grace gave me a gift for raya celebration. Our HR personnel also handed me a tote bag as a gift for raya from our company.

My task is to check each sale by classifying it into categories and writing it down in the daily sales record paper. I also have been assigned to key in daily transactions as usual.

I have been taught a new thing which is to record the Eragreen Uniform daily sales into the business system. It is also part of the company business that specializes in  selling uniforms.

After lunch time I have been given task to identify previous year document that needed for audit by Miss Yuki.

Recording the daily transaction of Gene Martino which includes identifying the categorization of the sales, writing the branch code and key in the transaction into the system.

I also record Eragreen daily sales which require me to look at all the branch records that have been put in the dropbox by every branch promoter. After that I also combine all the excel record sales into one file.

After lunch hour, I was given the task to do an Eragreen transaction which required me to fill the excel fill with the code as well as amount and the bank charges. I also need to query the post system and write it on the daily sales paper before keying into the system.

During lunch hour everyone gathers at the company pantry to enjoy the potluck together. There are various scrumptious foods prepared by the staff. We also took some photos which was quite a fun moment for me. I continue my job after lunch by doing the Eragreen daily sales.

Next I also record GMM daily sales into the system after my lunch hour.

My daily job also involves the Eragreen transaction which requires me to record their daily sales as well. After that I was asked to record TTSQ sales in excel which is also part of the company that the finance department handles.

Lastly I finish my day continuing to do the transaction that have been done over the weekend which is 27 July.

After lunch hour, I have been given the task to do payment voucher rental of the company. I need to update and generate the payment voucher in the system.

I also finish up the task of updating the daily sales transaction of Gene Martino on Maybank and Eragreen on public bank.
