R: This is because God is sovereign. He is good and has a perfect plan for our lives. We are limited and do not know what is truly best for us. Therefore, we need to trust God and pray according to His will.

E: For example, children need to trust their parents, who always want the best for them. They should not complain when their parents don't give them what they want because their parents know better.

P: Praying in God's will is the most important thing for Christians to experience God's best for their lives.

Even though God is Sovereign, my prayer is not pointless because God wants to make communion with us, it is not just to ask something to God. For example, Jesus Christ prayed with His father while He was crucifying on the cross though He is Sovereign God. He doesn't to pray for Himself, but He prayed. Therefore, we should pray continually, though God is Sovereign.

Our failure and restoration in every things is part of God's plan. God is sovereign, God doesn't only control what happens in the end. He also controls how those results happen, and includes our prayer.

for example, Jesus told Peter that he would deny him three time, but before that happened, Jesus prayed for Peter, asking God to keep Peter's faith from failure and restoration. He knows every things that Peter would be fail in his faith, even his restoration. we could see that Jesus used 'when", not if in this verse. (Luke 22:32)

So, Every things that we experience failure and restoration in our life is part of God's plan.

Point: Prayer is an important part of our lives.

Reason: We need God's guidance to live according to God's will

Example: Daniel knelt to pray three times a day and decided not to bow to the king even if he was thrown into the lion's den

Point: So Prayer is an important part of our lives.

one thing I learned today is I got to know more about God's will, Permissive will, and perfect will.

we can say that God is sovereign, no matter what we pray, his will will be done. but we should understand what is God's perfect will and what God allows us to do, or He allows it to happen.

for example, when we talk about his perfect will, Israel will be downtrodden in Egypt 400 years, we can't ask God to let it happen or ask God not to bring them out of Egypt, because that's the perfect will of God. besides, we can ask God permission, as Abram asked God to save his cousin Lot's family from Sodom.

So when we pray, we have to know God's perfect will and God's permissive will so that we will know how to ask him and not be disappointed when we can not get what we ask Him.

keep going on your prayers in Jesus name.

Because we can communicate with father by praying in Jesus name.

For example, although Jesus is son of God , he always prayed to the father. Even he taught us to pray using his name. God knows our needs, he wants us to be glorify Him. He is sovereign and creator that's why we need to ask him in Jesus name. John 14:12-13 according to this verse, we should abide him and his words will abide us and then it will be granted us.

so we should keep going on pray to father in the power of Holy spirit and in the name of Jesus.

The major take away from today's discussions on prayer are listed below.

1) We should prayer in Jesus Christ name because he is only the mediator to apply our prayer what we requeted in his name.

2)Prayer is only the living acess to connect with father God which brings hope, mercy and blessings upon us.

3)For Example, we will like pen without ink. Without prayer we are blank, without any vision/mission. We are pointless. But all the reason while living is in the point to Christ.

4)Prayer determine our faith towards Christ, progess, will, desire, what we put in belief on Him. Only the Christ is the way, the truth and the light so prayer is the prower of all believers.

How to pray in the Spirit? 

P. My major takeaway from today's presentation, Pray in the spirit means we trust the promise of God’s help by the Spirit

R. Pray in the spirit means we trust the promise of God’s help by the spirit so that through this faith the Holy Spirit is supplied and our prayers are moved and guided by the spirit.

E: I felt the presence of God when different teams presented their presentation according to listening videos by John Piper. I was amazed at how God revealed my heart to accept prayer of importance in my life. How to pray in the spirit brings me joy and peace which encourages trust in God by faith.  

P. I conclude that praying in the spirit means we trust the promise of God’s help, through faith the Holy Spirit is supplied and our prayers are moved and guided by the spirit.

Prayer is a necesary for my life. Even though I don't know what is God's plan for my, but I will not stop to prayer with Him, and never give up follow Him because I know God controll everythings, He has a good plan for my life. I cannot understand allthings about God, because I just sinners. If I can understand everything about God, maybe He is not my higher God. However, I know one day in the future, I will know about Him. So, more I pray, more I feel God is good all the time in my life, and more seeking Him, More I feel peace. I so thankful when I am God Child.

point: Even though our prayer can not change God' plan, but we should pray

reason: Because when we pray, it will teach us and change us to understand God's plan in our lives.

example: Abraham tried to ask God to forgive the people in Sodom, but finally God destrayed them. it teach us that even though God did not answer Abraham but, he can understand that why God should destroy Somdom. Because there are not 10 good people there.

point: so, even though God has plan for our lives already, but we should pray for understand it and change our live according to God's plan

Point: We should pray on God's will

Reason: Because God sovereign every thing happen on the earth, He knows every thing good and bad for us. If we ask him some thing we want but that is not good for us. God do not answer every thing we pray.

For examples: I have 4 children, if one of them ask me give him (her) some thing, which can harm him (her). I will never to give him (her) because I always want to give best thing to them.

Point: Let seek God's will by His Word, careful to listen Holy Spirit' voice in our herat and pray on God's will.

Point: Stant in the Promises of God for prayer

Reason: Without standing in the promise, we can't understand easy God's Sovereignty, and our prayer in the name of Jesus is meaningless

Example: Event hough we know that God's Sovereign, we cannot understand God plan so we pray alot of things according to our desire because we didn't pray by standing on His promise.

Point: We should pray, and standing on His promise when we are praying.
