My main takeaway from the video is that managing stress is very important to your health. Having high level of stress can affect your health in that it can cause heart problems and high blood pressure. You can control your stress by trying techniques like meditation and thinking about the positive outcome of the situation. Although stress is't curable there are still ways to deal with it.

The main takeaway from this video is that you need to be realistic and understand that you cannot control most situations and that's okay, that's just how life is. Expecting to control most situations is actually really harmful thinking and does set you up for stress.

I think the biggest takeaway for me was to really step back and take a look at the problem and take something positive out of it. Overthinking or giving up only creates more stress but slowing down and realizing some good can come out of the problem definitely will help with stress as a whole.

For me, the main take-away was you have complete control over your thoughts and the way you feel. Simply changing where you place your attention, can either help you enjoy life more, and attract amazing experiences, or completely stress you out until it manifests into a disease. Deep breaths and focusing on what is going great in life, opens the door for a happy, stress free life.

My takeaway from that video was that our minds typically see stress as a physical object that we have no control over when actually stress has more to do with how one views a certain situation. If we just change our way of thinking or reacting to those situations, we can manage the stress that comes subsequently much easier. Much like people take anger management courses, it helps to take courses in mindfulness where you can objectively look at how you react to situations and find a way to better manage your thoughts accordingly to prevent stress.

Personally I should listen to that video every day, then try one then another and so on. Since I've been hurt my life has become a new world that I'm seem to be stuck in. Facing reality every day trying to accomplish new ways of completing all new tasks and forcing self confidence even on simple ones is hard to hide in my actions. I've always been the one person that anyone can count on in a situation to be dependable . I'm learning I can't count on myself ,I guess so it's hard to open my hand for someone else. Bad reallity,!
