I learned so much in teenage years, where I can say that I lived the life of a teenager. Dosent mean I didnt have the downfalls of my self, yes I did have it was the hardest years of my life but if obstacles didnt came in I probably I am not my self now. Teenage years made me develop myself not only me but how I carry myself around people

INTP was the result of my MBTI test which I don't fully agree with because In a good day or year my personality changes between environment and I can say that regularly I think I am a ISTP type of person

2. How can your Personality Type help you become a person with and for others?

I think for my personality type specifically it is hard for us to change drastically when it comes to social life. We need time to get use to the people around us before we even be comfortable with them

I would rate my stress level as a 6. Most of my stress comes from time management like school and being a student-athlete makes my day to day life hard and sometimes stressful that I don't know where I should prioritize, of course school is the first choice but for me I want to excel at both. Managing my time between academics and personal life is sometimes feels like I'm constantly catching up, and that makes it hard to fully relax

I believe That the thinks I draw down needs have more development cause I already know that I’ve been doing them but I also do know that I’m not excelling or doing them consistently so that why I reflect that I need to do them more so cause I have so much time I can give I just need proper discipline which I’m not consistently doing them right.

I believe that to excel in something I need to prioritize it, in this ways study habits gives me ideas of what to improve to my self, I just need proper discipline to my self because also the magis ateneo already has given the keypoints it only me that will take the step of changes.

Yes personal development was helpful especially because it tackles about ourselves and our personal being.
