When you click on the attachment, it will ask that you make a copy.

Select 'Make a Copy'. This action will create your OWN copy of the document.

Remember to give viewers 'commentator' rights. You can edit the settings by clicking the 'Share' button on the top-right hand corner of the Google Document.

Since the individual reflections are consolidated in one document, only ONE MEMBER is to make a copy.
