Immediate supervisor micro manages and does not trust him with his own work, lack of career progression and he does not feel his achievements being recognised, always being "scolded" for his mistakes and not appreciated for his achievements leading to feeling of unworthiness and lack of motivation, does not have a superior he can turn to regarding his unhappiness, his job outlook is different to what the company is looking for when it comes to promotions<br><br>2.&nbsp; a) Determine and document the problem he is facing, identify his working style and find ways to improve his motivation regardless of his superiors or colleagues actions/comments, develop assessments to determine whether he is doing his job well without his supervisor micro managing him, have better strategies or training for him to utilise leadership skills to have a better chance for a promotion<br><br>b) They have to appreciate their employees and their work performance more, take some time to understand their employees needs and wants, use psychology principles to keep staff motivated, address organization strategy and objectives to understand what they are looking for and aiming towards, monitor staff performance and provide specific feedback, provide advice for improvement and give staff time for improvement, clarify expectations of good performance so that everyone understands the expectations to meet</div>]]></description>
