         <description><![CDATA[<div>Monetary Policy is the policy through which the government remain in charge of the Economy of the country. In Canada Bank of Canada controls the Monetary Policy by controlling all other banks and make sure that there is proper circulation of money in the economy by controlling Inflation and deflation by changing the overnight rate of interest.<br> <br>We will always get to know about  some changes that are caused in the economy due to changes made by Bank of Canada.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here in this video we are going to learn about the main tool which the Bank of Canada uses to control the economy of Canada and that tool is Overnight Rate Of Interest.<br><br> If there is a recession then Bank of Canada would reduce the overnight rate which would then increase the cash flow in the market and we would be out of recession, on the other side if there  is inflation then Bank of Canada would increase the overnight rate of interest and this would decrease the flow of money and thus we would be out of inflation. We would have a more outlook about this in the video.</div>]]></description>

To create employment for the people of Canada is one, To bring in more stability for the country by bringing more investments, then maintaining price stability by controlling the  inflation and deflation and last but not the least increase in the Production sector of Canada which would improve the Exchange stability of the country.<br><br>These objectives gave me a glance about objectives that Bank of Canada and how it is helping the economy to stay stable.</div>]]></description>

And what are the core function and Objectives of the Monetary Policy that will affect our economy and how it will affect it.<br><br>There are reports published every year to let people know how the bank is performing. The announcements made by the Bank are also put up here and this information let me know more about the economy of the country and where it is.</div>]]></description>
