This, combined with a bad diet and consistent consumption of alcohol, causes type 2 diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol & blood pressure etc. The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a report in 2015 indicating that more than 100 million Americans have diabetes or pre-diabetes.
